Information connected to inquiries and client projects may be stored using the website's cloud database service so Barrett Web Studio can manage inquiries, project information, project status, revision requests, invoices, client portal access, care plan status, and related business records. Only the information needed to run these projects is kept.

Existing clients may be given an account or a secure email sign-in link so they can open their client portal. Standard authentication and session technology is used to keep clients signed in and to keep private areas of the website restricted to the person they belong to.
Payments
Payments are sent through Venmo, a third-party payment service, under its own privacy and security practices. Barrett Web Studio does not collect or store card or bank details through this website. This website records only invoice details such as the amount, the invoice number, its status, whether you indicated a payment was sent, and the date a payment was confirmed.
Scheduling with Calendly
Barrett Web Studio uses Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, when you choose to book a consultation. If you use the scheduling feature, you may provide information directly to Calendly, and Calendly's own privacy practices apply to that information.
Transactional email
A transactional email service is used to deliver inquiry notifications, confirmations, receipts, portal access links, and other service messages related to your inquiry or project.
Service providers

These currently include consultation scheduling, cloud database and authentication infrastructure, and transactional email delivery. Payments are handled separately through Venmo.
